      LAWNCARE  PROGRAMS

My philosophy is that the customer is the boss. It is your property and you are the one paying for it. The COMPLETE SEASON PROGRAM consist of 5 timely visits. You may sign up for 1,2,3,4 or all of them. I strongly suggest that you get all 5 visits, as each one has a specific purpose. Tree & shrub treatments vary according to the specific plants and potential for problems. I will inspect trees & shrubs upon each visit and let you know if I see an existing or potential problem.  

You can get weed control only and can get between 1-5 regular treatments. Free service calls with at least 4 visits.

VISIT #1 Designed to promote early spring green-up. Pre Emergent weed controls.

VISIT #2  To sustain good color without excess growth. Control broadleaf weeds.

VISIT #3  Varies. May contain insect controls,  organic fertilizers, weed controls, etc.

VISIT #4 To promote turf color & recovery from summer stress, broadleaf weed controls  

VISIT #5 Higher rate of fertilizer to promote good fall color and build root systems in winter

                                                   SAFETY

A very common question all lawn care companies get is "are your products safe?" Most people have children and/or pets that they love and protect. So do I. I also have children and I can tell you that I would only use products on your property that I would use on my own.   There are some people who are hyper-sensitive to chemicals of all sorts (like perfume and laundry detergents) and could experience the same effects when in the presence of a recently treated lawn. Lawn care materials do sometimes have a slight odor, but they are very diluted and pose no problem to those who are not hyper-sensitive.  The products I use  are registered with the United States Environmental Protection Agency. I never use any products that are carcinogenic. Fertilizers make up most of the program. Granular fertilizers  are composed of Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphorus and other minerals.

At times we use organic fertilizers. Organics  are needed at times to add organic microbes to the soil for optimal health. I will use them when I feel the need is there.

Weed controls are highly specialized to disrupt the growth of PLANT cells, not animal or human. The insect controls used are also engineered to the specific insects. The ones I use do not affect central nervous systems of insects, but rather disrupt molting or feeding patterns, thus reducing populations.  Safety comes first in my approach to a great service.

                                     EQUIPMENT

For the best results on my applications, I use a ride on machine. It allows me to apply granular fertilizers in the exact amount needed. It also allows me to apply  low volume weed and insect controls. This gets the best possible results while reducing pesticide usage.
